Payment Options
1. Website
- Payments via credit card can be made through our secure online portal. To proceed:
a. Set up an account using this link - b. Notify us once your account is active so we can upload your order details for payment.
- Note: A 5% processing fee will be added by the payment website to your total amount.
2. Wire Transfer
- We accept wire transfers in USD, CAD, EUR, or GBP.
- Contact us with your preferred currency, and we will provide the corresponding banking details.
3. Western Union or Moneygram
- Payments can be sent to:

a. Western Union and MoneyGram process payments at $1.98 BBD to $1.00 USD.
b. Ask for Jess / Crop Over We Go applies an exchange rate of $2.00 BBD to $1.00 USD. Please account for this when transferring amounts.
General Terms
- Identification:
- A valid copy of your ID must be submitted with your purchase. This is required to verify customer identity and prevent fraud.
- Deposits:
- Deposits are mandatory before orders can be confirmed. Priority is given to orders with completed deposits.
- Payment Deadline:
- The deadline for full payment of packages is Saturday, July 12, 2025. Failure to meet this deadline may result in forfeiture of your deposit and reserved services.
- Proof of Purchase:
- Proof of purchase is required to request refunds or cancellations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Deposits:
- Non-refundable: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Ticket Orders:
- Refunds: Refunds can be processed only if tickets have not already been collected from event promoters.
- No Refunds: If tickets have been collected, the order will be delivered as booked.
- Cancellation requests for tickets must be submitted by June 30, 2025.
- Costume Orders:
- Cancellation, refund, or exchange of costumes will follow the policies of the respective Crop Over bands.
- Note: In most cases, it will be your responsibility to resell the costume if required.
- Refund Process:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to askforjess246@gmail.com
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days once eligibility is confirmed.
Important Notices
Third-Party Services:
- Ask for Jess / Crop Over We Go operates as a third-party concierge service. We act as an intermediary to provide convenience in securing your Crop Over needs.
- There is a 15% service charge included in your final amount.
- We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or policies implemented by event promoters or bands.
Force Majeure:
- Ask for Jess / Crop Over We Go is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
Liability:
By using our services, you agree that Ask for Jess / Crop Over We Go is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your booking.
